Our application fee is $45.00 per adult or married couple, individuals / roommates are required to fill out separate applications and the fee is $45.00 each.  If married couples do not use the same last name proof of marriage must be supplied. We accept cash, money orders, cashier's checks,  for the application fee (s).  RMC does not accept credit or debit cards or personal checks.  Please have money orders, or cashier's checks made payable to Rental Management Company, or RMC.

We have recently added a new online payment option through our screening company, FasTrak. Please click here for online payment instructions.

Rental applications must be returned to RMC to be processed. Please include a copy of your drivers license along with the application.  If you are unable to bring the application into our office, please call to make arrangements. Please note we are unable to process the application without the application fee.

DO NOT FAX completed applications to the fax number on the application.   The application must be submitted to RMC. The fax number on top of the application is for the screening company.  FasTrak will not process the application unless it is faxed by Rental Management Company.  The fax number for RMC is 425-335-3562.
