Mold information

Effective July 24, 2005, Landlords are required to notify tenants about mold. Rental Management Company has been doing this through the use of a "Mold and Mildew" addendum, which explains its hazards and action that you, as a tenant, can take to prevent it. It also lists several different ways to clean it in the event that you do notice mold or mildew.

The Washington State Department Of Health - Office of Environmental Health and Safety has released literature regarding mold and mildew. This information can be found here.
