Dave Huber’s family has been involved in the Snohomish County Real Estate market since 1963.  Starting out as a real estate office formerly known as “C” Jays Realty, the Huber family began to create a strong reputation within the community.   As time went on, the office gained prominence as the top selling land office in Washington as well as Dave’s dad, Norm Huber, lobbied land use at the state level.  The definition of a 5 acre tract within our state was actually written by Norm Huber.  If you were involved in land in Snohomish County in the ‘70s and ‘80s, you did business with “C” Jays Realty.

In 1996 Dave Huber opened Huber Development & Real Estate at the former “C” Jays Realty location and continued to provide a wide range of real estate services including Property Management.  As properties increased in volume, demanding more time and energy, a separate Property Management division was created.  Rental Management Company is the result of that history and experience of serving the North Puget Sound area, providing unequaled high quality services for over 500 single family, multi-family, and commercial properties.
